The Psychiatric Impairment Rating Scale (PIRS) is a widely used instrument designed to assess the degree of impairment due to psychiatric or psychological disability. The app calculates Median Class Score, Impairment Range, Aggregate Score and Percentage Impairment using functional ratings. It is designed to be used by Mental Health professionals who are familiar with the PIRS.
